[Issue]: 悬浮球问题

Describe the bug

当串流内容不在屏幕正中央时，及时启用了保存悬浮球位置，每次启动串流悬浮球的位置都会向内容偏移方向偏移

Steps to reproduce

我的设备分辨率是2944×1840，串流分辨率2944×1810，将画面位置设置为底部对齐，屏幕上方会出现30像素高的空白，保存悬浮球位置后，每次启动悬浮球的位置都会向下偏移15像素，久而久之会偏移超出屏幕。
