Not able to debug the Azure Function Project (CoderCards) in Visual Studio #6

Hello,
I have clone the project and try to run the CoderCards. It will run into the Azure Function Tools with http://localhost:7071 but when i hit that URL in browser then it shows me the error that actually its not hitting to api/Settings URL and that is why its not working. Can anyone help me?
