Extension fails on Azure Linux 3.0 as an unsupported distro

Mariner has been rebranded to Azure Linux with our new 3.0 release.
Mariner naming remains for 2.0, but 3.0 has been fully rebranded to Azure Linux.

This request is to add support for AzureLinux 3.0.

Hey everyone, is anyone looking into this?
Another issue in the GCAgent/GC/enable.sh script is that for the Mariner OS, it is using yum commands to check and install curl package. yum tool is not available in Azure Linux (erstwhile CBL-Mariner) 3.0 and instead tdnf should be used.
