Repro Steps:

1. Create a project and add a Stateful workflow in VS Code.
2. Specify the Bundle version and CDN URL in both host.json and localsettings.json.
3. Open Designer, add an HTTP trigger, and set up the send approval email action.
4. Save, debug, and run the workflow.
5. Go to Outlook and click Approve/Reject.

Expected Result: After clicking Approve/Reject, the run should complete successfully in VS Code.
Actual Result: After clicking Approve/Reject, an error occurred.
