Describe the bug
We have enabled artifact streaming on our registries, but we still see full images being pulled on startup, we here we would expect chunks.
Successfully pulled image "zzzr:xxx" in 2m48.817s (2m48.817s including waiting). Image size: 4080443126 bytes.
I also notice that this service has been in preview for almost three years, so I was wondering if there was any plans to make it generally available sometime soon? :-)
