Private DNS validation failure message is unclear

Looks like it intended to have some strings replaced.

Pretty sure this has nothing at all to do with this repo as the error comes from Azure RM provisioning. In any case I got this error when I tried to use a Private DNS Zone which was not for "mysql.database.azure.com".

The docs say:

The azurerm_private_dns_zone should end with suffix .mysql.database.azure.com.
