Feature summary

Add a LevelMode "Environment"
Which changes levels based on the environment the mob is in.

Motivation and context

Since i'm using a custom world it's more or less just an instance.
I can't define zones or biomes there i only can use the /environment command to define
different environments for selections thus creating "Zones"

So it would be awesome to have a LevelMode "Environment"
