App : Implement starting tables and pages from Figma

Create the listings table page from Figma.

1. Implement sidebar and all components within — logo, search bar, sidebar items including collapsable ones and profile display with an option to log out.
2. Implement table with its basic functionality — make sure to create all the components such as tags, make sure checkboxes are functional, pagination(?)
3. Connect the table to the database via backend server.
