Issue with instructions copying vanilla chrome arguments file

Hey guys,

I think there is an issue with one of the commands mentioned in step 8 (Build a version of Chrome patched with the Arcanum implementation).I think cp out/Default/gn.args out/Arcanum/ should be cp out/Default/args.gn out/Arcanum/. Thank you!
