SAP_Toolkit: Set up example set of dwellings for 2D and 3D workflows

Definition of the test :

Use the same floorplan to calculate SAP geometry via:

• 2D PDF markups (as per current standard SAP workflow)
• 3D Rhino/GH model (as per current standard IES/LBT workflow)

This geometry will form the basis of testing for the two create methods and enable us to cross check and compare results between the two
