SAP_Tookit: Create SAP object template datasets

Description:

For some objects such as SAP-Heating or SAP-Ventilation it would be really useful to have a collection of templates which contain different default assumptions, for example; communal heat pump system or individual dwelling gas combi boiler system.

This should enable users to select the system type from a drop-down to import an appropriate system set up. Specific properties (for example heat pump efficiency) can then be manually edited by users using the SetProperty method.
