Improve the compliance check around constructors and immutable objects

More specifically the following compliance checks:

• HasConstructor
• IsValidIImmutableObject
• HasValidConstructor

As discussed in #502

One idea for the HasConstructor could be that for objects that are not implementing the IImutable interface to either:

1. Have no constructor
2. If they have constructors, at least one of them needs to be empty
