🎯 IMMEDIATE ACTION PLAN

STEP 1: SUBMIT TO TESTFLIGHT (DO NOW - 10 minutes)

1. Open Transporter app (Mac App Store)
2. Sign in with Apple Developer account
3. Drag Meetopia-v1.0.1-FINAL.ipa into Transporter
4. Click "Deliver" and wait for upload
5. Go to App Store Connect → TestFlight
6. Submit build for review

STEP 2: TEST DEVELOPMENT VERSION (PARALLEL)

Your Expo server is running at: http://localhost:8081

Option A - Expo Go App:
1. Open Expo Go on iPhone
2. Scan QR code from terminal
3. Test app functionality

Option B - iOS Simulator:
1. Press 'i' in terminal to open iOS simulator
2. Test app in simulator
3. Take screenshots for App Store

STEP 3: TAKE SCREENSHOTS (WHILE WAITING)

Once development version loads:
1. Navigate through all screens
2. Press Cmd+S to save screenshots
3. Use for App Store listing
