[Bug]: Done button does not appear at the bottom of the vanilla Controls menu

Describe the Bug

When Sound Controller is installed, the "Done" button is missing.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the game
2. Options > Controls
3. Observe that there are no buttons on the bottom row

Expected Behavior

Normally, there is a "Done" button at the bottom of the controls screen.
