Extracting .ang, .up1 or.up2 , type 1 grain files from Pathfinder software from Thermofisher Scientific

Hello,

I am using the LUMIS EBSD detector and PATHFINDER software provided by Thermo Fisher Scientific. How do extract scan file data (.ang) and equivalent type 1 grain files and .up1 or .up2 files extracted from tax systems?. Your immediate response and help will be much appreciated

Also can I use .PAT file format instead of .up1 and .up2 formats in Open XY?
