PlugBrain blocks apps and uses math challenges to reduce screen time.
The PlugBrain app:
- Does not collect any personal data (name, email address, location, etc.).
- Does not require a user account.
- Does not send any data to external servers.
Some permissions are required only to ensure the proper functionality of the app:
android.permission.SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW: Used to display the challenge screen on top of other apps.android.permission.PACKAGE_USAGE_STATS: Used to detect usage time of selected apps.android.accessibilityservice.AccessibilityService: The Accessibility Service is used exclusively to detect when a blocked app is opened and to show a math challenge before allowing access. PlugBrain does not use Accessibility to read content, capture input, or collect any user data.- No internet access is requested or required by the app.
PlugBrain may store user preferences locally (such as selected blocked apps). This data never leaves the device and can be deleted by uninstalling the app.
We are committed to protecting user privacy. Since PlugBrain does not collect or transmit data, the privacy risks are minimal.
- The app contains no advertisements.
- The app does not use any third-party services for analytics or tracking.
Any changes to this privacy policy will be posted on this page. Users will be notified through an app update if significant changes are made.
