v1.4.1 이하 버전을 쓰고 계신 분은 이번 한 번만 수동 업데이트가 필요합니다.

v1.4.1 이하에는 자동 업데이트의 무결성 검증 단계에 버그가 있습니다. 다운로드한 설치 파일을 잠근 채로 SHA‑256을 계산하려다 실패해서, 인앱 "업데이트 확인"이 "업데이트를 확인하지 못했어요" 오류로 끝납니다.

이 문제는 v1.4.2에서 수정되었지만, 수정 코드가 새 버전 안에 들어 있어서 기존 설치본의 깨진 업데이터로는 자동으로 받을 수 없습니다.

해결 방법 (한 번만)

1. 최신 릴리즈 페이지로 이동
2. GitTab-Setup-1.4.2.exe 를 내려받아 실행 (기존 설정·저장소 목록은 유지됩니다)
3. 이후부터는 인앱 자동 업데이트가 정상 동작합니다 ✅

If you're on v1.4.1 or earlier, a one-time manual update is required.

Versions 1.4.1 and earlier have a bug in the auto‑updater's integrity check: it locked the downloaded installer while computing its SHA‑256, so the in‑app update fails with "Couldn't check for updates."

This is fixed in v1.4.2, but because the fix ships inside the new version, affected builds can't fetch it automatically.

Fix (one time)

1. Go to the latest release
2. Download and run GitTab-Setup-1.4.2.exe (your settings and repo list are preserved)
3. Auto‑update works normally from then on ✅
