learn() function in 'Meltpool width' section #2

@jtlechem

Description

@jtlechem

Under the 'Meltpool width' markdown in the .ipynb file, the learn() function from earlier in the notebook is redefined. It seems the only reason is to re-label the figures to say 'width' instead of 'depth'. Are those the only changes? I noticed that some of the figure labels still say 'depth' while others were changed to 'width'. Should all be changed to 'width', or am I misunderstanding?
