Add ability to change tags of multiple torrents at once

Currently, we can assign a category to multiple torrents by selecting them and choosing “Set Category” from the three-dot menu:

It'd be great if we could also have a button in this menu for bulk-editing tags just like categories.

Very often I miss this feature.

This is possible in default qB WebUI, so at least that aspect is not in the way of implementation.
