Ring-completion milestones

Is your feature request related to a problem?

Reward an island owner or teams for unlocking an entire ring around the center. (Not only individual chunks.)

Completing rings could unlock:

• Island trophies (earning a trophy could give free island levels maybe)
• Additional phase branches (have a secret /chunkblock phases secret that only unlock if you complete rings)
• /chunkborder info showing a special progress: Island Titles / Trophy earnings

Describe the solution you'd like.

ChunkBlock already calculates an island’s outer ring, making this a natural extension of the current system.

This helps go beyond 'a number that shows you are in a top listing'
