fix finetune.py

• code needs to be updated to run with our dataset (we don't have all the hardcoded dataset).
• track on wandb
• loading saved models on wandb

[taeil]

created test_supervised.py for running evaluation after downloading the model from W&B. This is foundation for finetune and downstream task.

This is an example of evaluation (no training was involved)
