Description
To the best of my knowledge, the "classify responses" action for the feature phone respondent admin didn't work that well because of issues with the classifier and filesystem permissions.
In any case, these actions need to be rewritten to be more robust and efficient (i.e. not opening hundreds of subprocesses as the superuser).
