exclude fields from 3rd party Managed packages when generating models with generator

Attributes with a double underscore in the middle (IBP__IfbyphoneCallId__c, Loop__dsPassword__c) are generally from managed packages and should be excluded from ActiveForce models.

Would be good to have these excluded from model generation. Maybe we make it configureable and default it to be be on?
