Plan here is to import headers from the decomp and then declare extern zGlobals globals somewhere in the modloader. Some sort of configuration will be used to tell the linker the actual address of this struct within the XBE. Then mods can access the globals struct as if they were in the original codebase, which should provide plenty of functionality for 0.1.0.
