[Feature] Enable line mesh rendering for wireframes, splines, and trajectories.

Currently only point clouds and triangle meshes are supported. The code for line rendering exists but has not been enabled or tested. This features requires enabling the support and visualizing basic wireframe and spline primitives for evaluation.
