there is a typo in your script install_nextcloud.sh

in Line 166

-u www-data php /var/www/html/./occ db:convert-filecache-bigint

command not found :/

root@v2202004:~# sudo -u www-data php /var/www/html/./occ db:convert-filecache-bigint

But i got that result:

Again on an absolutely fresh Ubuntu 20.04.
Just your Email with SSL Script has been installed before.
