Matrix View Incorrectly Calculating with Zero Reads

Fix a problem with the matrix view where entries with no reads are still getting score values when they should not be. Need an alternative for when a group doesn't even exist within a file included in the view.

I think this issue likely stems from not setting a low-end threshold with regards to which reads are valid reads. If a threshold is set for log2 fold change, this might not be an issue. Changing the label to reflect the status change and moving this to Alpha 2 Build

Plan is to set a threshold of 20 initially, but later to make this a configurable option which can be tweaked on a view by view basis.
