mirbase.db is out of date and is likely to be deprecated

The use of mirbase.db in R/microRNAs.R is very nice and instructive
but mirbase.db has not been updated since a 2012 release and should
be dropped. Mocks can be produced to keep the code in microRNAs.R
running or the code can be eliminated.
