error with ledger wallet while removing or adding liquidity

Hello, once I succesfully add liquidity to a pool with my ledger then I cannot do any further action either adding or removing liquidity. I keep receiving the message "Your Ledger device has rejected the payload stating it is invalid" from leather wallet after connecting to the ledger device
