by making the rest buff stronger for bigger and more expensive rooms

have the buff from comfy rest be like
peacetime
but if you rest near a bunch of other players in a cramped space like a barracks you get combat buffs scaling from how many you're bunking with

barracks rest gets u war buffs
what would count as better barracks
with comfy space it's spacious area and expensive items
