Network ID Assignable Range does not match VRChat's Undocumented Range #5

According to a VRChat canny post, there are different range limits imposed on Network IDs for sync and VRC Player Objects w/Enabled Persistence. Likely just a lower range for VRC Player Objects specifically to assign offsets for each player at runtime. The VRChat Worlds SDK implies it is 10,000 but it may be different for the client.

The current limit in Open NID is 10 - 1,000,000.
