Subset the SPE object for cell-level visualization

I only remembered now that cytomapper scales across the whole SPE object for area and feature visualization when using plotCells. So it might be better in 11.2 to first subset the SPE object to only contain cells of the displayed images. @lassedochreden, maybe that's something that you could adjust?
