Questions for MoodBot

As a user: We want mood bot to give us suggestions (positive, negative, neutral) - 20 Mins

Anna worked on this issue:

1. We will need to create our questions for the quiz.
2. We will need to access the API to figure out how the scoring will work. It gives back the results positive, negative and neutral. We will need to get this data back for these questions.
3. Create the view for our questions app.
4. Connect the routes
