We want to be able to enable running v3 or v4 (or both???) of different biobakery tools.
Version selection will implicate:
- any cli arguments?
- file names
- containers for running on AWS
- database selection
One option for this, if the CLI arguments don't change too much, would be to require manual selection, and then just record database / software versions.
