transient failure of hoist tests, validate-ci.yml ansible cannot connect to nodepool.multinode

This seems to have started happening this past Friday, see BonnyCI/hoist#202

I tried to debug by holding the nodepool slave and rechecking, but it took a bunch of rechecks to hit it again. Once I did hit it on a held node, I logged in to debug but the test was passing when ran manually so shrug

Maybe turn off ssh control sockets?

BonnyCI/hoist#237 is a patch i was rechecking to debug it, but with no luck
