Objective

Set up automated quality gates (CI), production deployment (Vercel), and produce the 2-minute demo video required by the bounty.

Rationale

CI prevents regressions from landing in main. Vercel gives judges a live URL. The demo video is a scoring criterion.

Scope

In scope:

• GitHub Actions CI: lint + test + type-check on every push/PR
• Vercel deployment from main
• 2-minute demo video covering US-01 through US-07

Out of scope: mainnet, custom domain, monitoring.

Dependencies

• Blocked by Epic 1 ([Epic]: Contracts — MockUSDC, ConfidentialUSDC, ConfidentialPayroll #1) for CI to be meaningful
• Blocked by Epic 2 ([Epic]: Frontend — Employer and Employee views #8) for Vercel
