Feature request - Add a simple notepad application.

Just a simple notepad application that allows you to write documents, view documents and update documents.

It should support the features:

1. Save
2. Save as
3. Open
4. Exit.

I do believe that the file manager has work already started with it.

Doing this for anyone who is interested in solving this problem :)

Hi,

Most basic apps are planned, such as the text editor and settings app, but they simply require time to build. The NTK API is also quite inconsistent, which explains why the apps remain unstable.
