Vote methods are out of date (?)

A message in your #developer-news channel (link) states that you added a votes12h endpoint, and that

Currently, the docs don't reflect this change: can you update them with the current API endpoints?

The current API endpoint still has the value set as "hasVoted24" since we haven't yet migrated everything.
The new endpoint has only been documented on Discord since we developers don't have access to this git.
