!Later timestamps are incorrect #16

Messages delivered using the !later function give the recipient the current timestamp, not the timestamp from when the !later command was used by the sender.

Example: Messages sent by 2 users over the course of a 24-hour span:

[19:05] [user] asked me to pass along a message for you at Sat May 10 2014 18:14:41 GMT-0500 (CDT):
[19:05] [user2] asked me to pass along a message for you at Sat May 10 2014 18:14:41 GMT-0500 (CDT):
[19:05] [user2] asked me to pass along a message for you at Sat May 10 2014 18:14:41 GMT-0500 (CDT):
