Describe your issue
The current due date format in the “Add Task” screen is displayed as:
On 2026-02-28 at 07:50:00
This format appears technical and database-like, which reduces readability and does not follow common mobile UI/UX conventions.
Problem
- The date format is not user-friendly.
- It is harder to scan quickly.
- It looks like raw system data rather than a polished UI element.
Expected Behavior
The due date should be displayed in a more natural, human-readable format, such as:
Feb 28 • 7:50 AM (recommended)
Saturday, Feb 28 at 7:50 AM
Tomorrow • 7:50 AM (for near dates)
Steps to reproduce
- Open the app.
- Navigate to the Add Task screen by clicking on + button.
- Enable the Due option.
- Select any date and time.
- Observe the displayed due date format.
What was the expected result?
The due date should be displayed in a user-friendly, human-readable format such as:
Feb 28 • 7:50 AM (recommended)
Saturday, Feb 28 at 7:50 AM
Tomorrow • 7:50 AM (for near dates)
Instead of the current technical format:
On 2026-02-28 at 07:50:00
