Currently does not work with modern HL

I installed CKF3 Alpha 4 onto the current Steam HL, yet it refuses to work. Even with an offline Counter Strike, it still refuses to load.
I've even tried installing the newer DLLs from https://steamcommunity.com/groups/ckf3community/discussions/3/3344417177390992794/, but they still do not work, however this does allow it to work with Half Life 2015.
The annoying part is that it wouldn't show any error message on my part, so I am not sure what exactly causes it. I've seen someone else say that it was due to Valve fixing modern HL for Linux, but I haven't tested anything yet.
Help?

Update: I got a error message while trying to connect to a testing HLDS ckf3 server!

For more info blah blah yada yada end of first error message.

Afterwards, it then tells me that it cannot load client.dll.

This may be useful for anyone trying to fix this!
