Screen Issue (2025...)

I tried a few times and finally succeeded to build everything. I did as said. The instructions was a bit vague for me. But I took more time on each try. But now I got this "simple" issue. I don't know if it's my fault or what I should do... Any help would be grateful for!

Tried -nofbo (Windowed Mode)

Does it matter if I add it to Steam Launch Options? I added -nofbo as you suggested and tested it just now, but I still can't enable Windowed Mode—the mod starts like this in the main menu (I can hear the music).

I keep getting the same result. I'm not sure how to describe it, so I'm sharing a more accurate print screen.

-HL1.exe worked fine with no issues before I installed the mod. I had enabled windowed mode in HL1.exe prior to fully installing CF3.-

I tried launching with both -nofbo -windowed, and while windowed mode now is enabled, the issue still persists.

Could the NVIDIA Control Panel affect this?
I haven’t changed any NVIDIA Control Panel settings related to "Desktop Size" since installing Windows.

NVIDIA Control Panel settings (Adjust Desktop Size and Position):
