Maximin Participatory Budgeting

Are the algorithms in the paper Maximin Participatory Budgeting already implemented in pabutools? If not, would you like them to be added?

It does not seem that there are many rules in there, mostly LPs and pseudo-poly version of it. Nothing has been implemented, I'm not sure how interesting it is to include it but if done, I'll gladly merge :)
