🐛 bug: the logos do not follow dark or light mode

**Describe the bug**
Whenever I switch to dark mode, the logo stays the same making it hard to read.

**To Reproduce provide details logs and steps**
In the SOARCA GUI change the theme in the Settings page and look at the logo in the main page and in the login page

**Expected behavior**
The logo should change into something readable
