Problem Description

Currently, it might be a bit unclear to new users whether a BB belongs into the root of the repo or into WorkInProgress. It might be a good idea to explicitly state in the Wiki that once code exists for a BB, it is no longer WorkInProgress. In addition, it should be mentioned that the repo containing said code should be linked under Known Implementation.
