[FEATURE] Budget Progress Screen in Transaction Page

When in the transaction page, the user should be able to swipe right to view the budget progress for each category; i.e how much have they spent out of their budget

Describe the solution you'd like
All categories should have a bar chart. A relatively bigger bar chart on the top for total budget, and bar charts below that for each category

Additional context
Make the sure the display for when a category goes over budget is considered when designing this. A basic page will suffice for now, enhanced design will come in a future issue
