Legacy CTFAK GUI

A remake of the legacy CTFAK GUI using WPF.
Not finished, mainly developed by Yunivers with help from Kostya.

To-Do:

*Make the window resizable without issues.

Delayed due to Kostya:

Dump specific sound in Sound Viewer.
MFA Dumping parameters.
Fix most sounds not being playable.
Add more to the Main Tree View.
*Product and Runtime Version readers.
