1. Need to find ADS1118 drivers OR make them ourselves
   • How to get the voltage
   • Configure Sampling rate
2. Update data_names.h in avionics to hold a "probe_temperature" value
3. Create a release of MARTHA-1.3, where we log at the max rate the ADC samples (Ideally 128)
