Bug: Sometimes duplicate top bar when going from page A to page B

Duplicate top menu bar when going from page A to another page B and then back to page A and to page B. this duplicate top menu bar disappears after clicking "edit” or any other button in the bar. This happens sometimes, no specific pattern.

Repro Steps:

• Go to Page A
• Then, go to page B
• Then, go back to page A
• Top bar will be duplicated
