Overlay does not work in the vicinity of CoX bank

The overlay does not turn on when skilling in the vicinity of CoX bank. This includes fletching at the bank chest, mining a shooting star that falls outside, and barbarian fishing at the spots just to the south.

For now I've found the fix for this is turning on "Enable in POH" under the Misc tab.

I'm guessing that these lines are triggering even when around the cox bank
